Contact and quote forms
The website forms (contact and event quote request) collect the data you enter — name, email, phone and the content of your request. We use it exclusively to reply: it is emailed to info@amorosa.ch and never shared with third parties.
Bookings
Room bookings take place on the external Cloudbeds platform, which processes data according to its own policy (cloudbeds.com/privacy-policy). Our website never receives or stores payment data.
Cookies and third-party content
We use cookies to better understand how amorosa.ch is used and to improve navigation. Cookies help, for example, to determine whether you have already visited the site or are a new visitor. Cookies contain a unique combination of letters and numbers that identifies the browser you are using; they are stored temporarily on your computer and transmitted to our system only when you visit amorosa.ch. The cookies we use do not store personal data or personally identifiable information. The Google Maps embed on the contact page may set Google cookies (policies.google.com/privacy). Your choice in the notice bar is stored only in your browser. Browsing statistics are collected in aggregate, anonymous form with Matomo, hosted on our own servers — with no tracking cookies and no data shared with third parties.
Contact form, telephone, email and live chat
If you communicate with us by telephone, email or live chat (the chat service is provided by Gorgias, gorgias.com/privacy-policy), we keep the information exchanged and your contact details. Live-chat messages are processed to answer your request; the content and purpose of the communication are defined by the message you send. We may also process data about your behaviour or preferences; where necessary, we will ask for your consent in advance. Contact details are collected to handle your request and for any follow-up questions; you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. We also send you information by email if you provide us with your email address so that we can answer your questions, or if you have contacted us directly by email. Your data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest and serves solely to respond to your enquiry.
