Frequently asked questions
Check-in
Check-in is available from 3 pm. Early check-in must be agreed with us in advance. A few days before your stay you will receive a link for the online registration required by the Canton. The access code for the property is sent to you on the day of arrival.
Check-out
Check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
Self check-in
The property is entirely self check-in: there is no staff on site. Access is by a code sent to you on the day of arrival. For anything you need during your stay, you can reach us by phone or email.
Parking
Free parking is available for guests on the property and in the surrounding area. No reservation is needed.
Pets
Pets are allowed and welcome. A supplement of CHF 20.- per pet per stay applies, regardless of the length of the stay. Please let us know about your pet when booking.
Restaurant and breakfast
The restaurant is currently closed. The property offers neither breakfast nor restaurant service.
Room cleaning
Daily room cleaning is not included in the stay. For longer stays, cleaning can be arranged separately at an extra charge. Please contact us before arrival for details.
Cancellations
Bookings at the «Flessibile 7 days» rate can be cancelled with a 100% refund up to 7 days before arrival. For later cancellations, no-shows or early departures, we reserve the right to retain the amount set out in the rate conditions. Any different conditions for special or promotional rates are shown at the time of booking.
